It is a very clean facility. The staff(young lady from Texas) was very helpful with helping me gain access to my unit. The units are very clean and well lit. Lots of parking available. Plenty of security monitoring systems.Update to my review—I just wanted thank Maddison and Riley for their patience and assistance with my equipment. They were so polite—-their work personalities compliment each other. They go above and beyond to ensure that the customers needs are met. I am a little technology challenged and they help me navigate through the process—helping to reduce my stress level. Thanks so much.

I’m not sure what any poor reviews are about, there aren’t rats, it’s very clean, the staff are all super friendly and beyond helpful. The storage isn’t the cheapest but what in Washington state is cheap? It’s secure, it’s safekeeping our stuff, and I have zero complaints - 10/10

I spoke to Madison today, and she was not helpful and very rude. She was short, seemed annoyed with my questions, accused me of being behind on my account when I am not (she said it without even checking). Maybe she is having a bad day today. Madison if you see this, I’m sorry you hate your life and your job. Customers aren’t the blame for your problems. I hope you stop being so miserable. Midland Self Storage - hire better people.

Very courteous, and customer service was great.

Good experience. I was concerned by a few reviews and wanted to make sure my items would be safe. After visiting I felt comfortable. Didn’t see any “stragglers” that looked suspicious. Everything was secure.

Terrible staff we had a couple questions about there security because there units have been broke into before and we don't want that happening to us and they refused to let us purchase one because we were worried about it and said that we were not welcom just because we care about our personal items I do not recommend buying a unit here and they will sell your unit or evict you if someone can pay more they are unreliable

Let’s just say that money is King at midland self storage. If a company that has multiple units wants/needs more units and your large unit that your getting a good on is in a prime spot I’d suggest that you make certain that you stay on point because you might get evicted because the company needing more units will pay more than what your paying for that unit. I used to think midland was the best but money runs the world and definitely runs decisions at midland self storage.GOOD LUCK

I was requesting a change in storage units, specifically downsizing and it was easier than I expected. My payment for the larger unit was credited towards the smaller unit and I’m pleased with the results. Thank you Marcus!

I have to say, Marcus and Ryley are a great tag team who can get things done when others are stumped.Uhaul corporate was making life hard for me over a reservation. These guys overturned every challenge and came through Champions for me.Yes, I happily highly recommend Marcus, Ryley and their associates. Yes, they will come through for you.

Awesome, there was some confusion with my unit/units but after I spoke with the DM she assured me that she would help me figure it all out. We agreed I had some things I needed to do and she had some things she would do and her word was golden!!! Hard to find these days! Been at midland over 2 years! Great place to store your property.

I have been a customer of Midland Self-Storage for several months, trusting this establishment with my valuable items. However, my experience with them has been nothing short of horrendous. I have had my unit broken into, my belongings stolen, and to add insult to injury, I received no compensation or assistance from Midland Self-Storage.One of the most distressing aspects of my experience with Midland Self-Storage is the presence of junkies on the property. It is clear that the management is not doing enough to maintain a safe and secure environment. This lack of attention to the well-being of their customers has led to a situation where drug users feel comfortable setting up camp on the property. As a result of this negligence, my storage unit was broken into and my possessions were stolen. I had entrusted Midland Self-Storage with my valuable items, and they failed to provide the security and protection that I had paid for and expected.Midland Self-Storage is not only negligent in their duty to provide a safe environment, but they are also overpriced. Despite the high cost of their units, they do not invest in better security measures to protect their customers’ belongings. This lack of investment in security is unacceptable, especially when considering the constant price increases that they impose on their customers. It is clear that they are more interested in profiting from their customers than ensuring their satisfaction and safety.I strongly urge potential customers to avoid Midland Self-Storage and seek out alternative storage providers. Luckily, I found a new storage company that is genuinely committed to providing high-end security and maintaining a safe and drug-free environment.

So far it’s been great , very nice guy at front desk. Quick easy to rent. So far don’t see any sketchy people around there

Staff is over the top nice and super helpful. The office is super clean, organized and they provide snacks for their tenants. The storage areas are a little less than clean, small trash and sticky things on the floor in the halls. Lots of interesting characters but every one seems to be nice, minus a guy who drives a black truck, he was kinda a jerk and nearly hit my truck flying around a corner. No complaints at this time.I do like that there are carts for use... you just have to hunt them down cause they could be at any exit door.

I needed a good clean safe storage place fast. I walked in and was able to get a 10' x 20'. No waiting list. Rylie, the guy behind the counter, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained rules and policies completely. When I got to the space itself it looked ok. It did need to be swept, but hey, that was a little thing

The clerk at the front desk was amazing, very nice, polite, and very helpful. Clark had very good customer service and gave me a wonderful service. Storage is very clean very spacious. I actually don’t think I ever saw a storage like that. Amazing. Good job.

From the first time I called I spoke to Riley and to the time I finished with Rico or Nico I apologize if it's not you but the Saturday gentlemen so pleasant and willing to help me explained to me and did riley did everything transaction taking place over all midland storage is fabulous. What I did not like is all the people hanging out working on stuff and playing loud music made me feel uneasy . But thank you for your staff

Clean facility. Nice employees. Haven’t had any gate or door issues. Just wish the trash cans (dumpster) were able to be used. UPDATE: (February 2024) Was given 30 days notice so a month prior to a Rent Hike for one of the smallest units. Email stated that: “ When we make rental rate adjustments we consider rising facility costs, facility maintenance needs, facility improvements and current rental market conditions among many other factors.” IM ASSUMING THIS IS DUE TO THE BANKRUPTCY THAT WAS FILED JUST A FEW MONTHS PRIOR, which was part of their “factor”. Was not here long so be given this which is absurd for such an increase for a very small 5x5 unit. Well above more higher priced then others in the area which they state “current rental market”.

Facility is amazing. Staff/manager is excellent. Prices are very competitive. I will suggest this to others!

The on site manager (Nico) has been the most capable, honest n helpful person I've ever dealt with professionally.. I'd recommend Midland self storage to anyone looking for a secure storage facility . I've not seen any rodent signs in over 3 years there.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Pricing is reasonable! The units are longer on the horizontal side (at least mine is), so we have a good visual of all our stuff as opposed to our last unit that had a longer depth. Definitely happy to have switched to this Storage Company!

This place is a one of the worst examples of a storage facility and can not be trusted as they told flat out lies and flat out tried to ignore phone calls and efforts to reach out to them for a refund the was both promised in writing and required by law. This business has now both deprived me of my possessions and money. Do not do business here and do not trust anything the manager Nico says he is both incompetent and unable perform his job. The upper management is unreachable as well to solve any issues that arise. If you value your possessions, money and time your going to be robbed of all three here.

The folks at Midland have always been courteous, helpful, and polite; this last visit to clear out our unit was no different. Stacy was extraordinarily kind and considerate, allowing us to accomplish everything we needed with minimum difficulty.

Started off rough. Filled out the online registration to save time. Uhauls system only saved parts of it. System was just as bad at the shop. Stacey to the rescue. She called people, fought the system and finally got it taken care of. All while being friendly and happy. This lady is awesome. Would definitely rent from her again.

I want to give a big shout out to Nico manager of Midland self storage for hiring employees like Tyler he went out of his way to make sure my move into the storage was successful and as painless as possible he covered me on so many different levels with getting in excess and getting the equipment checked in and out. I like the direction this place is heading. New management seems to be really diving into it. Especially Stacy. Today was the first day I've seen her here and she appears to have run the place since it started. Very impresses

They won’t work with you on a price. I’ve been with them for awhile now and I still pay 375 and new customers are getting a better price at 250 after there 2 months of 229 makes no since at all which is why I’m going to take the time to get my stuff somewhere else

Had the pleasure of meeting Fina. She worked the front desk when I walked in. I was stressed and tired and just wanted to get in and out but she had other plans. She made me laugh, smile and so much more. She needs a raise. She really uplifted me and made the process easy peasy lemon squeezy. I needed a uhaul truck with very short notice. The two young ladies that assisted me were top notch. They guided me through the process with remarkable efficiency.

The staff at this place is unlike any other for which you’ll ever have the pleasure of working. My wife and I have been here for over 14 years and throughout that time Stephanie and Matty turned this places experience for customers around and made it fun to visit our storage units. Matty, I can’t say enough about him. We moved across the state and had 3 units to empty and we couldn’t have done it without Matty looking out for us, making sure the path was clear for our moving truck and just creating an atmosphere of knowing there was someone looking our for us. He’s brilliant and looks after his own and treated us like we were a part of his community.My wife would come alone to organize so we could get in and out of our units with isles and felt safer with Matty nearby. He’d come and say hello, lookout for her and I appreciate that more than anything. She’d always talk about her friend Matty at storage keeping her feeling safe. He’s done SO much to make our transition smooth and treats the location like one would treat their own home. Locked up, cleaned up and organized. Matty deserves the upmost recognition for his work and commitment. He is ALWAYS working! Thank you good man, we miss you sir!DON’T EVER LET HIM GO MIDLAND! You won’t find anyone half as good and hard working. He creates community. Now for the real review about Midland Storage… It was the nicest and most well kept back with the Police used these units for their storage. Now that they have moved out and the Moving Companies have contracted the place it’s terrible to get in and out unless you call ahead of time for which Stephanie, angel that she is and the best most kind and committed customer service rep there is, will either herself or have Matty go and get the trucks to move for you and they will.Stephanie is amazing, smart and committed adding the personal touch to her helping you with whatever is needed. She’s over qualified for this place in my opinion and they’re lucky to have her so… I don’t recommend Midland in as of itself anymore, I would have before but the only good thing about it now, and it’s VERY good, is Matty, Stephanie and Amanda (the Amanda that’s a manager whom has been there for a while…). They are all personable, friendly and professional and will make sure you have what you need. I recommend the people, not the location and if Midland Storage ever got rid of the people, don’t go to this location, you can do better.

I booked my unit online. Didn't say I would have to purchase insurance until I had it reserved. So I got my own insurance but each month I keep getting charged midlands insurance which is twice as much. Now out of nowhere I'm getting charged twice the amount for my 5+5 unit. COVID clean. NOPE. last two times I am have been to my unit there has been a box of garbage outside. The staff is pleasant enough but the chargers are way too much.. I have a on 5+10 unit at a different location and pay less then they want to charge me $100 a month now for my 5+5. Crazy expensive. Guess I will be moving facilities now.

Have rented at this facility in the past, and am re-renting now. An easy exit off of Hwy 512, climate controlled and clean with dynamite Staff! You can't ask for more.

Clean, helpful, and easy. Easy to go online pick a unit and size. Next day came to sign some papers and I have a unit. Closing was just a easy too. If I have more junk I would storage my things here again

I've been with Midland storage for 3 years now and Love this facility. The Staff members Amanda and Fani are excellent, They care about their customers and understand that life happens and people go through hard times. The units are clean, rodent free, they have an excellent security system. And long hours of operation. I've recommended this facility to several friends and family members who now have units there also and would recommend this facility to everyone who is looking to rent a storage unit.

I would highly recommend this storage complex to anyone looking for a place ran by amazing staff. Fani and Amanda were both impeccable at helping walk me through every step of getting my unit. The prices here are also some of the best I've seen.

Trucks always blocking the entrance to my unit

This place was near my apartment complex and I came here a couple of times. Ms. Stephanie was the only employee there whenever I went she was so pleasant helpful and welcoming! Her customer service was excellent she helped me check in and out a U-haul along with carry boxes I bought from the store to my car. I really appreciate her and the experience I had! Stay blessed Stephanie!

While the small indoor units aren't bad, the exterior units are not temperature controlled and have rats. Very little space for vehicles to maneuver.

Highly secure. Clean and spacious. Well kept. Monitored survelience cameras 24/7 in an easy access and convenient location. Prices within reason with a helpful attentive staff.

So far so good. Clean. The coolest part about this storage is every individual unit has an alarm. Not just the building. Alot more secure than most other storage places. They're all to expensive, no matter what storage buisness you choose. But yes, this one seems the best in area.

A place to store your items. Somewhat secure. Loud annoying hate you have to exit through with a loud alarm. Some questionable people around there as well. All in all has been a secure place so far. I have only been there about a month though.

I write this as I'm about to journey to a 2nd U-haul Rental Partner. Made an online reservation for a U-haul truck at Midland Self Storage (a trusted u-haul partner). Needed it for work. Arrived right on time to pick up said truck and had to wait in my car for over an hour because they were "out to lunch". When they finally returned I figured I was back to green flag racing (well at least back to work as boss man was MAD) NOPE ! nope nope nope! They had my reservation, it was in their computer and I had all my lovely conformation text messages handy. BUT they rented out my reserved truck to someone else... Employee on duty had NO CLUE what the $50 U-haul reservation guarantee even WAS. I was told to "maybe try another U-haul and maybe they could possibly help me" With these words of encouragement from Midland Self Storage, and without honoring U-hauls Reservation Guarantee I am now off in search of a rental truck and about to have what I'm sure will be a fun convo with Boss Man.

I highly recommend having storage here. The ladies in the office are very kind. And I like having a highly secure and temperature controlled unit. The price is affordable.
